MarkApp is a marketing reporting tool for agencies and businesses. It connects to data sources you already have permission to access and turns that data into client-ready marketing reports. By using MarkApp, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for having the appropriate permission to connect any Google account or property (such as Google Analytics 4 or Google Search Console) to your MarkApp workspace. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your workspace.
Reports and Third-Party Data
Reports generated by MarkApp are built from data provided by third-party platforms, such as Google. MarkApp does not control the accuracy, availability, or completeness of that underlying data, and is not responsible for errors or interruptions originating from those platforms.
Reports are informational. MarkApp does not guarantee any business outcome, including sales, leads, bookings, traffic growth, or search rankings. Metrics such as Website Key Actions reflect click-intent signals configured in GA4/GTM, not confirmed sales, leads, or bookings.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MarkApp to access data you are not authorized to access, to interfere with the service, or to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Plans, Setup, and Changes
Current plans and pricing are described on this website and may change over time. MarkApp is currently offered through assisted setup by RZTech. Features, integrations, and availability may be updated as the product evolves.
Disconnecting Integrations
You may disconnect a connected Google integration from your workspace at any time. Workspace owners or authorized administrators may request deletion of workspace data by contacting support.
Limitation of Liability
MarkApp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarkApp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service or from third-party data it reports on.
Changes to These Terms
MarkApp may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
